Tetris Unlimited is another Tetris clone, but with some extra features. As you may know, Tetris is a puzzle game where you need to rotate falling pieces in such way that they complete lines; the lines are then wiped from the board, thus making room for more falling pieces. The object of the game is to complete as many lines as you can before the pile of pieces reaches the top of the board.
Tetris Unlimited has several play modes available, with some in store for future releases. Right now you can play three different modes - Normal (you against the PC), Cooperative (2 to 4 players against the PC), and Competitive (2 to 4 players, one against each other).
The program will allow you to choose which keys you wish to use to control the movement of the pieces, the set of pieces you want to use, the music you want to listen to while playing (if any), and the background graphics of your choice. Tetris Unlimited even includes a Piece Editor, it will allow you to create new sets of pieces to use in the program and edit the existing sets.
In brief, Tetris Unlimited has everything you would expect from a Tetris Clone, plus some interesting additions.
